BOB’S BAKED PORK ROAST
- Obtain
one lean pork roast and make approximately 12 holes through
the entire roast in various places using a long thin blade
knife.
- Insert
a cleaned green onion in each hole. The onion should be
seen on both sides of the pork roast. Trim
off any excessive exposed onion.
- Make
another 6 holes and insert a clean garlic clove in the center
of each hole.
- Briskly
rub a generous portion of Uncle Bob's Country Seasoned Salt
over the entire roast.
- Allow
to sit under refrigeration for several hours.
- Heat
a small amount of cooking oil in a large skillet and brown
the roast on all sides.
- Place
the roast in an oven cooking bag and bake for 6 to 8 hours
at 250 degrees.
- Serve
with your favorite side dish and cold beverages.....
